Hey Zack,

Thanks for your comments regarding the dead head pedal on the 2011 Ford Explorer in your review.

If you are over 6 ft. good luck trying to stretch out your left leg. We were recently in the market for a new vehicle and this issue was a real deal breaker for me. I also noticed the same problem on the Ford Edge.

I guess there are not too many 6 ft. design engineers at Ford. Too bad, they were both nice vehicles.

We ended up buying a 2011 Toyota Highlander. It's been great so far and yes, I can comfortably stretch out my left leg.

Enjoy the show!

Danny

Hello team,

I recently purchased a new 2012 Focus SE hatch with the sport package. This car is pretty amazing i think. It feels quite upscale but we need to consider the price is higher than the past.

I'm hoping you do a long term test drive but on the 5 speed and not the controversial 6 speed dual clutch auto. The five speed is so much fun to drive.

I've had mine for 5 months now and the only complaints I have is how annoying it is to knock down the back seats and my head liner had a few rattles that I've since repaired myself. There was no way I was going to have the dealer play around with my white head liner!!! Good thing I'm handy.

By the way Zack, my Focus has the same dead pedal issue as the recently tested Explorer. Luckily my left foot slides under the clutch with ease.

Pat.

Hello.

I was wondering if you can do a segment on the 2012 VW beetle Turbo? or if you heard any rumours about a 2013 VW beetle R. I am very interested in buying one, but since the German Auto show last year ( they had a proto type) I have heard nothing about one being produced.. Could you help me find out?

Thanks I watch your show faithfully .lol It also gets me from going to church..shhhhh..lol

Hello;
I enjoy watching your show saturday mornings. I've heard that Jeep is bringing the deisel version of it's grand cherokee to north america to be built in detroit, is this true? If so I would like to see an episode on your thaughts and opinions on it. I was leaning towards the Ford Explorer at first but up against the Jeep Grand cherokee there's no contest.
